Smart India Hackathon 2024

SIH is a nationwide initiative designed to engage students in solving some of the most pressing challenges faced in everyday life. It provides a dynamic platform for students to develop and showcase their creative solutions to real-world problems. SIH bridges the gap between academic knowledge and practical application, promoting out-of-the-box thinking among young minds, particularly engineering students from across India. It allows students to showcase their skills and encourages collaboration with industry experts, government agencies, and other stakeholders.

Details of Internal Hackathon, precursor of SIH-2024, are as follows:

• Date: 18th Sept, 2024
• Venue: Conference Hall, Eminent College of Management & Technology
• Time: 12:00 pm onwards

Team Formation:

• Teams must consist of 6 members, including at least one, preferably two or more, female member(s).
• Team members must be of same institution.
• Teams may select mentors to guide them through the process.
• Please note team members cannot be changed after registration and one student should not be part of multiple teams.

Requirements:

• PPT Preparation: Teams must prepare a presentation in the prescribed SIH format Download PPT Format
• Implementation: An initial implementation of the solution is preferable.
• The same presentation that you present in internal hackathon will be submitted further.
• Judges may request additional features to be implemented during the internal hackathon. In such cases only resubmission of presentation will be allowed.
